Nutrilyne Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
